- Tell us about parking and access. Many terraced streets in Birkenhead and Wallasey have on-street parking only, and some apartment blocks have entry systems or key collection. Knowing in advance means we start on time.
- Mention if you're near the seafront. Homes close to the beaches at West Kirby and Hoylake or the Wallasey seafront collect sand and salt on windows, sills and floors by the door. We allow extra time so it doesn't get flagged at check-out.
