Bright & Tidy Ltd provides end of tenancy cleaning across Liverpool — including the city centre, Toxteth, Aigburth, Allerton, Wavertree, Woolton, West Derby, Garston, Speke, Huyton and Kirkby — for tenants, students, landlords and letting agents.
Every Liverpool move-out clean is done to the same standard as our full end of tenancy cleaning service: worked room by room against the check-out inventory, with the oven and kitchen appliances cleaned inside and out, and every cupboard, wardrobe and drawer cleaned inside.
Liverpool's rented homes vary more than most cities'. A city centre studio, a converted flat in a Victorian villa near Sefton Park, a five-bed student house off Smithdown Road and a family semi in West Derby are completely different jobs. We price each one individually, so you pay for the property you're actually leaving.
Quotes are free and in writing, and the price doesn't change once we start. If your landlord or letting agent raises an issue with anything we cleaned, we come back and put it right free of charge. Call or WhatsApp 07404 936138.

Moving out in Liverpool? A few tips
Liverpool has one of the biggest rental markets in the North West, from students and young professionals in the centre to families in the suburbs. The deposit rules are explained on our main end of tenancy page; here is what makes a Liverpool move-out go smoothly:
- Students: book early for the summer. Most student tenancies in Liverpool end between June and August, so those weeks fill up fast. In a shared house the deposit usually covers the whole tenancy, so one clean of the whole property — split between housemates — protects everyone.
- City centre apartments: tell us about access. Many blocks have a concierge, key collection, entry fobs or no visitor parking. Let us know how we get in and where to park so we can start on time.
- Victorian flats around Sefton Park and Toxteth take longer. Lofty ceilings, ornate coving, picture rails, sash windows and old fireplaces all collect dust, and inventory clerks look at every one. Let us know if your flat has them and we'll price the extra time in from the start.
- Leave a day's gap if you can. The cleanest result comes when everything has been moved out and nobody is back in before the check-out. If your tenancy ends on the last day of the month, book well ahead — we're out Monday to Saturday from 8am to 7pm, and Sundays can be arranged.
Landlords and letting agents in Liverpool
Student landlords often have only days between one group handing back the keys and the next arriving in September, and city centre agents can have several apartments turning over in the same week. Give us the dates as early as you can and we'll fit the cleans around them, so every property is ready for its new inventory. Our cleaners are all vetted and insured — we'll send proof of cover to your agent or block manager if they need it — and we're happy to set up an ongoing arrangement if you let more than one property in the city.
"Used them for end-of-tenancy cleaning and got my full deposit back! Professional, thorough and great value for money."

End of tenancy cleaning in Liverpool — your questions
If your question isn't here, call or WhatsApp us on 07404 936138.
Which parts of Liverpool do you cover for end of tenancy cleaning?
We cover the whole of Liverpool. That includes the city centre and Toxteth; Aigburth, Allerton, Childwall, Wavertree and Woolton in the south; West Derby, Croxteth and Knotty Ash to the east; Garston and Speke; and Huyton and Kirkby just over the boundary. If your property is somewhere in between, call 07404 936138 — we cover surrounding areas too and will tell you honestly if we can't reach you.
How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in Liverpool?
Every end of tenancy clean is priced per property, so a city centre studio and a five-bed student house get very different quotes. The price depends mainly on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition the property is in, and how much work the oven and appliances need. We give you a free quote in writing before we start, and that is the price you pay — no hidden fees or add-ons at the end. Send your area, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-out date by WhatsApp to 07404 936138 and we can usually reply with a price the same day.
Do you clean student houses and HMOs in Liverpool?
Yes. We clean shared student houses and HMOs across Liverpool, including bedrooms, bathrooms and the communal kitchen and living areas. In a shared house the deposit usually covers the whole tenancy, so many groups book one clean of the whole property and split the cost. Student tenancies mostly end between June and August, so book as soon as you know your move-out date. We also work for HMO landlords between tenancies.
Do you clean city centre apartments?
Yes. A large share of Liverpool's rented homes are city centre apartments, and we clean them regularly. When you book, tell us how we get into the building — concierge, key collection or entry fob — and whether there is parking or a loading bay nearby, so we can arrive and start on time. The clean itself follows the same inventory checklist as any other end of tenancy job.
Do you cover Huyton and Kirkby?
Yes. Huyton and Kirkby are both on our regular list. They sit just outside the city boundary in Knowsley rather than in Liverpool itself, but we clean there just as often as in West Derby or Croxteth next door.
What happens if my Liverpool letting agent isn't happy with the clean?
Send us the relevant part of the check-out report as soon as you receive it. If it relates to something we cleaned, we return and re-clean it at no charge — that is our satisfaction guarantee. Deductions for damage, missing items or repairs are a separate matter that cleaning can't resolve, so it is worth dealing with those before your clean is booked.
