Homes by the sea
Salt carried on the wind dries as a cloudy film on glass, frames and sills, and it comes back after a quick wipe if it isn't properly removed. Sand is worse: it grinds into carpet pile, lodges in door tracks and gathers along skirting boards. On a seafront deep clean we spend extra time on windows, frames and sills inside, and go over floors, edges and door mats thoroughly. If you'd like the outside of the windows done as well, ask when you book.
Bigger homes, honest pricing
Many of the houses we clean around Heswall, West Kirby and Hoylake have three or four bathrooms, large open kitchens and rooms that are hardly used. We quote for the home as it actually is, so you never pay a size-band price that doesn't fit. If you'd rather concentrate on the kitchen and bathrooms than do every room, tell us and we'll quote for that instead.

There's no fixed price list, because homes here vary so much — a two-bed flat in Wallasey might take a fraction of the time of a five-bed house in Heswall with four bathrooms. We look at the number of rooms, when the home last had a thorough clean, and how much the oven, kitchen and bathrooms need. You get the figure in writing before you book, and that's what you pay. Can you deal with sand and salt in a seafront home?
Yes. Homes near the beaches at West Kirby, Hoylake and along the Wallasey seafront are some of the ones that benefit most from a deep clean. We take the salt film off windows, frames and sills inside, and spend extra time on carpets, floor edges, door tracks and mats where sand collects. Mention you're near the coast when you get in touch so we allow enough time.
Is a deep clean safe with dogs and cats in the house?
It is. Every product we use is pet-friendly, on every job, not just on request. Our cleaners are used to working around animals — keeping doors closed, cables tidy and giving nervous pets their space — and we pay particular attention to the hair that gathers in corners and along skirting boards. If your vet has asked you to avoid a specific product, let us know and we'll work around it.
